The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) protects the personal data of individuals residing in the European Union by precisely defining the way in which they are treated by the companies and by the data controller, guaranteeing the right to cancel/transfer the personal data from these subjects towards organizations.
The “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016” is in force throughout the European Union from 24 May 2016.
